The Tri-State Area Citizens' Scholarship Foundation - Dollars for Scholars®
The Tri-State Area Citizens' Scholarship Foundation (popularly known as Dollars for Scholars®) is a 501(c)(3) foundation. It grants interest-free tuition awards to needy college-bound students in eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. This chapter of Dollars for Scholars® was founded in 1962 and made its first awards in 1963.
